Meridian is a local family owned construction company that is headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota. Meridian presently performs as a Prime General Contractor for many commercial clients and provides construction management services for the renovation and general construction of buildings and facilities throughout Western North Dakota, Minnesota and our home town of Fargo. In this capacity, Meridian performs complete project management for all phases of the construction process and stand-alone projects.
Meridian is financially strong with an average of $30 Million in annual revenues, zero debt and a standing $500 Thousand operating line of credit that is adjustable as needed.
Meridian’s primary focus is the quality performance of construction management contracts for commercial clients. The majority of Meridian’s revenue for the last nine years has been from multi-family and commercial building construction projects throughout the North Dakota region.
